Dr Escoto is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. To learn about your benefits the following will need to be submitted:
- Copy of the front & back of your insurance card
- Client's full name
- Client's birthday
- Client's address associated with the insurance company
Out of Pocket Costs
Dr. Escoto accepts self pay and will submit claims on your behalf for insurance reimbursement.
